He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Dee and Maurine Windsor (LeSueur); his wife Dorothy Ann Peterson; his sister Janice Eby; and his grandson Charlie Willis.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Willis (Denny), Ronald Dee, Jr. Windsor (Eileen), Shari Bowman, Mary Ann Cruz (Mike), Timothy John Windsor (Doreen) and Victoria Windsor; and his siblings, Wendel Joe Windsor (Linda) and Carolyn Sue Barrow. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
