He is survived by: his wife Mary C. Hall; his brother Robert Forrest Hall; and his daughters, Tracy Gaffney (James), Tami Powell (Jim) and Ronda Nowell (Dan). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
