With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Joan Palsenar (Show Low, Arizona), born in Monongahela, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 3, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Seighman and Martha Seighman; her son Ed; her siblings, Jane, Liz, Clyde, Herbert, Shirley and Thressa; and her grandson Kyle.
She is survived by: her husband Harry Edward Noel Sr.; her siblings, Phillip, George and Judy; her children, Dana Mead Denise DelGrand (Patton), Sarah Collins-Noel, Eric Noel, Emil Palensar Jr. (Kathy) and Amy King (Josh); and her grandchildren, Charles, April, Matthew, Jeremy, Dustin, Robby, Dylan, Garrett, Logan, Emileigh, Nicoli, Kinslee and Parker.
In lieu of flowers, Patricia requested that funds be donated on her behalf to the Lakeside Branch building fund.
