He was predeceased by: his parents, Orr Owens and Roxie Owens. He is survived by: his wife Lorna Tenney; his children, Leanne (Dan), Kenneth (Jennifer), Russell (Andrea), Lanae (Greg), Roy (Lana), Ronald (Leslie), Kaelyn (Murlin), Karl (Jessica), Ross (Natalie) and Ladell (April); and his siblings, Earl Owens, Lanny Owens, Rhonda Romriell, Collins Owens and Jeannette Lewis. He is also survived by 52 grandchildren, and 33 great grandchildren.
