She is survived by: her mother Lorraine Endfield; her children, Dan Butterfield Jr., Loribeth and Fredrick "Jake" Cody; her brother Terrance Cody; her son Terrance Cody; her sisters, Sylvia Endfield, Irene Endfield and Dena Foster; and her adoptive son Stephen "Malibu" Steak. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
