He was predeceased by: his parents, Deming Clawson and Elizabeth Clawson; his wife Bernita; his great grandchildren, Azariah and Azriel; and his siblings, Donner, Roger Sr., Curry Clawson, Mary Cromwell, Juana Kane and Belinta Ivins.
He is survived by: his sons, Kenny Clawson and Kenzie Clawson Jr. (Fawn); his grandchildren, Sinjin, Raekwon, Isaac, Cameron and Kitana; his great grandchildren, Maverick and Oliver; his goddaughter Shanna Antonio; and his sisters, Lula James and Jennie Massey. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
