He is survived by: his parents, Catherine Jean Goss of Tucson, Arizona and Russell Hyrum Sherman (Rachel) of Show Low, AZ; his wife Trudy Joeslina Sherman of Show Low, Arizona; his children, Amren Sherman, Joeslina Sherman, Ember Sherman and Kimora Sherman; his parents-in-law, Jerry and Linda Thurman of Taylor, Arizona; and his brothers, Todd Sherman (Elaine Joe) of Tucson, AZ, Travis Sherman (Cameo) of Maryland and Jared Sherman of Tucson.

Memorial Contributions in Justin's name for Colon Cancer Research to the Colon Cancer Foundation: 10 Midland Avenue, Ste. M-06, Port Chester, New York, 10573 have been suggested by his family.
