He was predeceased by: his parents, Jason Carlisle and Grace Carlisle (Williams); and his brother Jason Carlisle. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis King; his sons, Christian, Donny Carlisle (Kathy), Wade Carlisle (Sandy) and Mark Carlisle (Tisha); his sister Jerri Lindsey (Ben); and also Martha. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
