She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Lochansky and Frances Lochansky. She is survived by: her brother Gerald Lochansky; and her grandchildren, Kaylee Ward, McKenzie Smith, Rowdy Smith, Smith III of Nevada and Gracie Lynn Smith. She is also survived by other family members and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Salvation Army in memory of Hilda Ann Lochansky- Smith.
