He is survived by: his siblings, Carl Leroy Vance Jr. (Margie), Janice Gilmore, Cindy Tester, Dahl Vance, Boyce Vance, Penny Lilly (Mark) and Pollyanna Adams (Roy).
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Show Low Cemetery.
