He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Howrey and Ray Howrey. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Howrey; his children, Lance Howrey, Jill Navarro (Jeremiah) and Christyne Linn (Mark); and his sister Laurie Hagan. He is also survived by grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
