He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas Lane and Loraine Lane; his son Burley Jr.; and his siblings, Janice and Charlie.
He is survived by: his daughter Melinda (Dan); his wife Judy; and his sister Patricia. He is also survived by four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
