It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Lee Putnam (Sedona, Arizona), who passed away on October 3, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Cynthia. He is survived by: his wife Lana; his sons, Kendall (Rebecca) of Idaho Falls, ID and Randal (Lacey); and his brother William of Tulsa, OK. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
