He is survived by: his wife Kristine; his children, Kristin Muise, James McInnis (Damien), Kathryn Eubank, Patrick McInnis and Brennan Schmittendorf; his brother Tom; and his family Jim. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
