He was predeceased by: his parents, Ned and Selma. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Audinet; his daughter Christi Nicolas (Wade, Jr.); his grandchildren, Alexis Nicolas of Winston-Salem, NC and Wade Nicolas, III; and his siblings, Jane White of Lone Grove, OK and Warren Hammett (Dorenda) of Ardmore, OK. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
