He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Doris Rush (Crider) and Searle Rush; his wife Ruth Ann Lee; his siblings, Richard, Michael Rush and Betty Rush of Alliance, OH; his children, Kayci Rush (Richard Spratt) of Minneapolis, MN, Wendy Zucal (John), Nathan Rush of Scottsdale, AZ, Jenny Zmarzly (John) of Hilton Head, SC and Molly Rush of Long Beach, NY.; his grandchildren, Katia McConkey (Ross), Kloie Rush-Spratt, Zo Spratt, Caitlin Zucal, Ethan Zucal (Baili), Madeleine Zucal, Mitchell Zmarzly, Mariel Zmarzly, Tad Zmarzly and Lilly Zmarzly; and his great grandchildren, Violet and Scarlett McConkey.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
