He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Bagley and Lillian Bagley; and his sister Shirley. He is survived by: his wife Teri Sorrell; and his children, Kelli, Kristopher and Karen. He is also survived by his loving wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother-in- law, nephews, and cousins.
He was a dreamer and entrepreneur, helping to found Air One Airlines, The Military Families Foundation, and Project We Remember.
