She was predeceased by: her father Robert; and her grandparents, Pat, Velva, Frank and Mabel.
She is survived by: her mother Melanie; her brother Robert; and her significant other Patrick.
In lieu of flowers, it was Velva's wish to make contributions to the Alzheimer's Association.
