She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Ley and Jane Ley. She is survived by: her spouse Jude McDonough; her sons, Scott Johnston (Tina) and Steve Johnston (Kathy); her stepdaughters, Diana McDonough Belec (Gary), Christina McDonough (Jim Munson) and Joyce McDonough Barbano (Rick); her grandchildren, Scott Johnston, Kirk Johnston, Derek Johnston (Samantha), Brent Johnston, Valerie Johnston, Nicole Barbano and Jude Barbano; and her great grandchild Mark Johnston.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Lupus Foundation or Hospice of the Valley.
