He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thurman H. Bilbrey and Martha Bilbrey; his wife Georgia Chambers; his daughter Diane Basgall; his grandchildren, Evan and Olivia; his daughter Carol Becker (Doug) of San Ramon, CA; his grandchildren, Alicia, Thomas and Jaden; his sister Peggy Scruggs (Warren); and his niece Linda. He was also cherished by many nieces, and one nephew.
