It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Michael Graham in Scottsdale, Arizona, born in Phoenix, Arizona, who passed away on March 6, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Betsy Graham and Bill Graham; and his brother Scot (Michael Bonfiglio). He is survived by: his son Tyler; his daughter-in-law Katie; his brother John (Kathleen); his niece Annie (Shetha); his nephews, Justin (Mary) and Will; and also Cathy Seneff (Bill).

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and space limitations enforced by the cemetery, a private service will be held in Tom's memory on April 10, 2021.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Crossroads in Tom's name to honor him.
