He was loved and cherished by many people including: his adoptive father Carl Schwanz; his former wife Mary Lou Young; his wives, Zel and Nancy; his brother Mel Schwanz; his stepgrandsons, Zachary and Chandler; his granddaughters, Mary, Morgan, Madison, Molly and Meghan; his stepchildren, Shari (Ed), David (Kimi) and Linda; his stepgrandchildren, Christy, Chad (Polina), Luke (Jina), Cooper and Carter; his great grandchildren, Lev, Luka, Mila and Linkin; and also, Steve (Michele), Tim (Pam), Mark (Maribeth), Zelanne (Charlie) and David.
Along with numerous nieces and nephews.I lieu of flowers the family ask donations to be made to the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Scottsdale or Kindles for Kids Phoenix Children's Hospital.
