He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Houff Sr. and Alice Houff; and his sister Jean Pavoggi (Fred). He is survived by: his wife Susan Houff; his daughters, Tracy Anderson (Ray) and Jill Vejchoda (Miro); and his grandchildren, Griffin Anderson (Samantha Agnich), Cameron Anderson, Spencer Anderson, Carson Tabachka and Trey Tabachka.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making a donation to Hospice of the Valley or the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona, in Roy's honor.
