He was predeceased by: his great grandchild Matthew. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Mario LaMantia (Heidi), Roxanne Fernandez (Robert), Martiann Prado (Greg), Joellen Holdren (Ray) and Dani Randle (Keith); his grandchildren, Kristen, Brittni, Hannah, Christian, Isabella, Ray, Sam, Cecilia and Nicholas; his great grandchildren, Andrew and Lily; and his sister Ann Mulvey (John).
