We are sad to announce that on May 19, 2023, at the age of 83, Ralph Elbridge Starmer of Scottsdale, Arizona passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbridge Starmer and Hazel Starmer; and his children, Sheila and Andy. He is survived by: his sibling Troj; his uncle Yuck-Yuck; his nieces and nephews, Ralphie and Trojie; his wife Linda; his children, Susan Moyse (Dan) and Rusty (Kristin); his grandchildren, Zach and Shannon Moyse; and his siblings, Rod, Rich, Ruth Mary, Roberta, Ron and Randy.
