It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Hayward Moise of Scottsdale, Arizona, born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on April 18, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, H. Kenneth Hayward and Ruth Hayward; her sister Shirley R. Davis of Henrietta; her husband Theodore S. Moïse III; her children, Elizabeth and Ted; her daughter-in-law Lisa; her brother-in-law Roy; her granddaughters, Emily Moïse and Sydney Moïse; and her nieces, Denise Scislowski (Zbigniew) and Pamela Hulme (Art).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made the ASPCA, the American Cancer Society, the Hospice of the Valley or the Mountain View Presbyterian Church.
