He is survived by: his wife Joan; his son Michael Perikly (Patti) of Tempe; his grandchildren, Chris Perikly (Angel) of Scottsdale, Pinetop, Heidi Coleman (Damien) of Cave Creek and Kristina Perikly (Jordan) of Gilbert; and his great grandchildren, Tasha Niziolek (Austin), Bella Coleman, Dane, Jordan Perikly and Tori Rydzak.
