She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Foster and Chloe Foster; her husband Boyd Wass; her in-laws, Ernest and Edna Wass; her sister Janice Brovan; and her brothers-in-law, Robert and Harold Wass.
She is survived by: her children, Roxanne Vendsel (Mike), Craig Wass (Lori) and Tony Hagman (Dawn); her grandchildren, Cody Wass, Jessica D'Ewart (Brandon) and Taylor Doubek (Johnny); her brother Howard Foster; her brother-in-law Ronald Wass; and her child Karri Kraft (John). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dunnigan-DIX Funeral Home (404 4th Ave, Cando, ND 58324). A family service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Trinity-Bergen Lutheran Church (309 Main St, Starkweather, ND 58377).
She made many quilts to donate and as gifts for family and friends.
