He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Mellas and Mavreta Mellas. He is survived by: his wife Georgia; his sons, Steve, Alex, Nick (Roxanne) and Pete (Vanessa); and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Alexandra, Zoe and Niko.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that you make a donation in Nicholas's Honor to Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, or St. Anthony's Greek Orthodox Monastery in Florence, AZ.
