He was predeceased by: his mother Susanne Fox (McMillan). He is survived by: his father Manley "Skip" Fox; his siblings, Martin Fox (Doreen) of Show Low, Tracy Fox of Cincinnati and Dayna Birmingham (David) of Mesa; his nieces and nephews, Martin, Misty, Matthew, Michael and Danielle; his great-nieces, KateLynn and Carley; and his aunt Barbara Walker (McMillan) of Mesa.
