He was predeceased by: his parents, Nazaire Joseph Smith, Sr. and Anna Laura McVeda. He is survived by: his wife Carol Allen; and his children, Karen Sumner (Neal), Alison Mead (Joe), Douglas Smith (Kristy), Valerie Smith and Audrey Cox (Bill). He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Messinger Indian School Mortuary (7601 E Indian School Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85251).
