He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Ashleigh (Ryan), Michael Jr. (Trisha), James (Lauren), Patrick, Tricia (Ryan), Taylor (Anne), Sarah (Michael), Travis (Nahrae) and Jacob (Mia); his grandchildren, Ryleigh, Wyatt, Savannah, Naomie, Ronan, Ila, Knox, Nora, Jack, Frederick, Forrest, Declan, Keegan, Rip, Hayden and Rylan; his siblings, Linda, Patrick (Catherine), Tracy (Scott), Kelly and Colleen (Phil); and his nieces and nephews, Michaela, Brennan, Colin, Grace, Guiliana, Ava, Nicoletta and Rose.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Lake Geneva Country Club Foundation, an organization close to Michael's heart.
