She is survived by: her significant other Don Corley; her children, Cindy Sierzchula and Phil Foster (LaJuana); her grandchildren, Jeremy Kellum (Alisha), Ashlee Belew, Tyler, Lauren Foster, Lennon Belew, Jade, Avery Kellum and Hazel Betters; her stepchildren, Kaylen Rolfe and Kevin; and her stepgrandsons, Brandon and Nathan.
