He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Frederick Osorio Kuhlman and Janet Kuhlman (Herrmann); and his siblings, Sharon and Stephen. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kuhlman; his siblings, Dawn Kuhlman of Auburn, WA, Lorna Ann of Carlsbad, CA, Madonna Janet of Boston, MA, Marie Hastings of Portland, OR and Erick of Portland, OR; his mother-in-law Elsie Cepican of Scottsdale, AZ.; and his friend Mark. He is also survived by many extended family members, cousins, nieces, nephews.
