She was predeceased by: her daughter Deanna Sue Niblett; her stepson John David Niblett (J. D. Niblett); her parents, Effie May and Elgin Pryor Yates; and her brothers, Leonard Yates, Leford Yates, Leon Yates, Cecil Yates and Alvie Yates.
She is survived by: her spouse J. D.; her daughter Lynn Albers; her son-in-law Elvin Albers; and her sister Bonnie Larzalere. She is also survived by 10 nieces, 10 nephews, a large extended family, and many friends.
