He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; his parents, Helene and John; his brother Lee; and his grandparents, Ferdinand and Anne Wille.
He is survived by: his children, John C. Kettlewell (Uyen), Kim Kettlewell and Kelly Casey (John); his grandsons, Kaleb and Kaden Casey; and his sister Anne Fennell (Mike). He is also survived by three nieces; and many dear friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Paradise Memorial Gardens (9300 E Shea Blvd, Scottsdale, AZ 85260).
