He is survived by: his wife Shirley Chlebus; his son Michael Chlebus (Kathryn); his grandchildren, Mathew Grana (Jennifer) and Traci Piccoli (Dylan); and his great grandchildren, Jacoby, Devlin, Abagail, Vincent and Oliver. He is also survived by His extended family includes many more beloved children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
