He was predeceased by: his brother Richard Totman Shook; and his parents, Margaret Shook and Richard Shook. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his sister Susan; his brother-in-law Phil Hagenah; and his daughters, Jennifer (Cass Baker), Julie (Mike Oleshansky) and Kelly (Jordan Vasbinder). He is also survived by his three nieces and their husbands and they made him a great uncle.
