It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jodi Lyn Slater of Scottsdale, Arizona, born in Oskaloosa, Iowa, who passed away on September 4, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Neal Slater; her son Edward Johnson (Rob); and her grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Eli. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association and the Arizona Humane Society.
