She was predeceased by: her parents, John Born and Winifred Born of Tempe; and her siblings, Fred Born of Toledo and Pauline Dekam of Scottsdale. She is survived by: her close friends, Lulla, Kate and Catherine; her son Michael Perikly (Patti) of Chandler; her grandchildren, Chris Perikly of Pinetop, Heidi Coleman (Damien) of Cave Creek and Kristina Perikly (Jordan Riley) of Savannah; her great grandchildren, Tasha Niziolek (Austin), Bella Coleman, Dane and Jordan Perikly; and her great great grandchild Airabella Niziolek.
