It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanne Mary Williams in Scottsdale, Arizona, born in Maquoketa, Iowa, who passed away on July 1, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Quinlan and Lilian Quinlan. She is survived by: her brothers, Sterling "Red" Quinlan and Fred Quinlan; her husband Bill Williams (Bill); her children, Quinn Williams (Michelle), Jan Frank (John), Bill Williams (Jan) and Craig Williams (Mary); and her stepdaughter Sue Liddle. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
