He is survived by: his wife Janet Sandler (Edler); his mother Veronica Bell-Sandler; and his son Owen Sandler.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hansen Desert Hills Mortuary and Cemetery (6500 E Bell Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85254). A graveside service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at the St Joan of Arc (3801 E Greenway Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85032).
