She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Fleming; and her parents, Jack Zafiris and Eileen Zafiris. She is survived by: her children, Billy (Chloe), Ryan and Matthew; her grandsons, Marshall and Elliott; and her sisters, Patty (Tom) and Christine (Doug). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations to Hospice of the Valley, Saint Maria Goretti, Desert Tails Dog Shelter, or Hohokam Elementary School.
