He is survived by: his son Kaden Patrick of Medina; his parents, Jerry Patrick and Geri Patrick of Akron; his brother Garin Patrick; his aunts, Norma Sacomani of Scottsdale, AZ and Maria Miller of Shaker Heights, OH; and his uncle Paul Patrick of Canton. He is also survived by his grandparents, many aunts, uncles and friends.
