He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Day and Ethel Day; his wife Margaret Reidy; his children, Michelle, George Jr. (Brenda) and Michael (Christin); and his brother Gerald. He was also cherished by five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
