He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle M. Giblin and E. Raymond Mullen; his granddaughter Krystal Marie Mullen; his sisters, Alice A. Chitwood and Patricia Bulicek; his nephew Kenneth Bulicek; and his wife Mary Deming.
He is survived by: his children, James Earl Mullen of Sandpoint and Shauna Marie Silverman of Scottsdale; his grandchildren, Davey Mullen, Jacob Silverman, Sydney Silverman and Dana Mitchell (Molly); and his sister Ramonda Mullen Huff (Tony) of Tacoma, WA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, Godsons and Goddaughters, cousins and dear friends.
