He is survived by: his wife Gaye Butcher; his children, Skyler, Douglas Jr. and Madison; and his siblings, Mike, Tommy, Susan, Lauren and Tricia. He is also survived by his ten nieces and nephews.

One thing that Doug found very important is the Arizona Kidney Foundation, we ask that if people want to send their condolences to donate towards them.
