He is survived by: his parents, Emily Frische (Richard) and Phillip Ray Miller; his wife Kendra Burnham Miller; his son Garrett Miller (Julia); his granddaughters, Sage Miller and Emily Miller; his sisters, Diane Miller Koch (Chris) and Leslie Miller Berger (Randy); his stepbrothers, Scott Frische (Roxanna), Lee Frische (Tina) and Stuart Frische (Anne); and his nieces and nephews, Keegan Koch, Cameron Koch (Mackenzie), Jonathan Koch, Kacey Berger Lewis (Keegan), Kyle Berger, Conner Frische (Audrey), Richard Frische, Barrett Frische and Lora Frische.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation or Thunderbird Baseball Booster Club.
