He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughter Jessica Fly (Gregory); his siblings, Maria Best (Mike), Nancy Kendrick (Carrie) and Ken Kendrick (Susan); his extended family, Mary, Jim Lorenz, Richard, Maureen Lorenz, Kyle Best, Tim Kendrick (Katie), Alex Kendrick, Rachael Ives, Krysten Staperfenne and Ellen Rietenbach (Eric); and his pet Hudson.
