He is survived by : his mother Helen Corcoran Duffy of Scottsdale, AZ; his wife Susan McGrath Duffy; his children, Nicole Thompson (Greg) of Waddington, NY, Daniel Duffy (Dodi Duffy) of Clearwater, FL and Sarah Lynn Duffy of Clearwater, FL.; his siblings, Gary Duffy Scottsdale, Lynn Duffy, Patrick Duffy and Donna Barnard (Bill); his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Emma, Grace, Isaiah, Austin, Sean, Brady, Cason and Jayden; and his niece Kayla Duffy Stein.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Dales name to Southwest Wildlife Conservation Center, 8711 E. Pinnacle Peak Rd. PMR 115 Scottsdale, AZ 85255.

“Horrible, I'm so sorry .......... I just talked to Dale last Wednesday or Thursday. I'd had a recent surgery and my wife and I were planning on going to Scottsdale for a long weekend in April THEN spending all of next Jan & Feb down there. Dale was filling me in on places to go, see, things to do AND asking a lot about my health. Never said anything about his own health. He mentored me immensely getting my own inspection business going. He will surely be missed.”
